Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and upkeep at our apartment communities. The role covers plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work, with appliance installations as needed, and timely service delivery.

We value reliable team players who communicate clearly, work safely, and can lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license may be required, and 1 year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC cert preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
