Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities on-site. You will troubleshoot and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, and install new appliances as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, high school diploma, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. On-call and possible driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property upkeep.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
