Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential repairs across our apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work, with attention to timely service and safety standards.

This on-site role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available as part of a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Possible requirement to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
