Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems. You will install new appliances and ensure service orders are completed promptly.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Certifications in HVAC and EPA I/II are preferred, with on-call responsibilities and the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in property maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair capability; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior of the property for curb appeal.
• Follow OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
