Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, ensuring timely completion of resident work orders and maintaining curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills. OSHA compliance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; certifications preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; on-call for emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
