Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work. You will install appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.

The role also supports maintaining curb appeal and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain property's exterior and curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
