Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or more.
• HVAC knowledge with certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Process resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property standards.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
