Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work. The role requires timely completion of service orders and attention to curb appeal.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and HVAC/EPA certifications. On-site work with opportunities for career development and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
