Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work, and install appliances as needed to keep residents satisfied.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge (certification preferred) and EPA Type I & II preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and may need a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed timely.
• Assist in maintaining property exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
