Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance across our apartment communities. You will respond to repair requests, service equipment, and coordinate with vendors while upholding resident privacy and safety standards.

We value customer service, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with various trades. HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical knowledge and OSHA compliance are important in this role.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a similar facility (1–3 years preferred).
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems basics.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, and similar tasks.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
