Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks in our apartment communities. You will handle repairs, preventive upkeep, and safety compliance while upholding resident privacy and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HS diploma, and HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications where applicable. The role requires weekday, evening, and weekend availability and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with residents and staff.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance when performing tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for external work (landscaping, painting, etc.).
• Attend training sessions and maintain a reliable attendance record.
