Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to resident repair requests, and coordinate with vendors. You will ensure safety, privacy, and high-quality service, with opportunities to grow within a large apartment portfolio across multiple states.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical basics, and weekday–weekend availability. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical basics.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certs may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for services such as landscaping or painting.
