Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks for our communities. You will respond to resident requests, perform repairs, and help keep buildings safe and well-maintained.

You should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, practical skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and a strong focus on customer service. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety during work.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend training as assigned.
