Job summary

Bell Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Mansfield, TX communities. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure safety and quality in resident spaces.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and strong customer service skills. This role requires reliability and a willingness to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, in a dynamic residential environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and safeguard access to units.
• Ensure work areas are safe and orderly; comply with safety/OSHA requirements.
• Attend in-service trainings and coordinate with vendors as needed.
