Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior tasks across our communities.

You will handle repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep properties in top condition. Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with vendors while maintaining privacy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values and customer service mindset.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems knowledge.
• HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Keep maintenance items in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
