Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for our communities. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, address repair requests, and uphold safety and resident privacy while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Always show respect for residents and staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in safe areas to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
