Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep for our communities. You will respond to resident requests, work with vendors, and ensure safety and privacy standards are followed.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service and communication skills. The role requires availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with HOA-type

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities, based on staffing levels.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate work with vendors such as landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements; maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
