Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and related services across properties.

You will coordinate daily activities with the Site Manager and perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving for site errands, and readiness to perform outdoor and building maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in buildings.
• Ensure continuous hot water service and safe operation of control equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service building systems; report health and safety issues to Site Manager.
• Turn over vacated units; assist with moving/relocation.
• Keep common areas clean; perform landscaping and external grounds maintenance.
• Ladder work, light carpentry, and using power tools as needed.
