Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. (TMAM) is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate heating and hot water systems, perform HVAC and electrical maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient building operations.

Responsibilities include turning over units, reporting safety issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and coordinating with the Site Manager. English communication proficiency and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining residential heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for building operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and continuous hot water service.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units upon vacancy, including furniture removal.
• Report health or safety issues to the Site Manager promptly.
• Weekly inspection of buildings and grounds with a report on deficiencies.
• Provide housekeeping for building halls, stairways, and public areas.
