Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment that provides heating and hot water across properties.

You will work under the Site Manager, ensuring safe, efficient performance and supporting turnover when units vacate. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance, repairing heaters and air conditioners, and performing routine duties such as housekeeping, landscaping, and basic tools use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and service building equipment for safe operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests and turnovers of units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades as directed.
