Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating, hot water, and air-conditioning systems, ensuring safe, efficient building performance.

You will work under the Site Manager and coordinate daily activities to keep properties functional. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 pounds, ladder work up to 20 feet, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to TMAM.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units as vacated and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Report health, safety and property issues to the Site Manager and document work orders.
• Conduct weekly inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance with the Site Manager.
