Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating, cooling, and building systems, ensuring reliable hot water, safety, and efficient performance. You will work under the Site Manager and coordinate daily tasks to keep units and common areas well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities upkeep.
• Able to perform routine electrical/mechanical tasks safely.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors/in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over vacated units with required cleaning and prep.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and report deficiencies to Site Manager.
• Execute emergency maintenance duties during incidents (floods, weather, etc.).
