Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems, HVAC equipment, and electrical components across our properties.

You will work under the Site Manager and coordinate daily activities to ensure safe, efficient building operation. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, turning over vacated units, reporting safety concerns, and performing groundskeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heating, cooling and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units, including furniture removal and housekeeping functions.
• Inspect and report health or safety issues to the Site Manager.
• Participate in groundskeeping and landscaping duties as required.
