Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating, hot water, and cooling systems across our properties. You will report to the Site Manager and coordinate daily tasks to ensure safe, efficient building operation.

Duties include preventive maintenance, repairs on appliances, unit turnovers, grounds keeping, laundry room care, and reporting hazards. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and be able to lift 50

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for site errands
• Ability to communicate in English clearly

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other building equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
• Turn over units as they vacate, including furniture removal and cleaning
• Inspect and report health or safety issues to the Site Manager
• Conduct yard, sidewalk, and common area upkeep and landscaping duties
• Keep accurate maintenance records on work orders
