Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment and property maintenance while delivering high standards of service to residents. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks with a focus on safety and curb appeal.

You’ll work with a team to address emergencies, maintain grounds, and uphold company policies. Valid license, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and grounds.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain work orders and ensure on-time completion to satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies (weather, fires, floods) as needed.
• Promote safety, confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
