Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Murray, UT. You will perform a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, cleanliness and curb appeal while delivering strong resident service.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC work, along with preventative maintenance, on-call support, and timely work-order completion. Valid driver’s license and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance at apartment/properties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard, cabinetry, doors/locks and tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including lighting, painting, siding and elevator systems.
• Maintain work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Engage with residents professionally and maintain curb appeal.
