Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Utah to address a range of apartment and property maintenance tasks. You will work under the maintenance supervisor to uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to read, write, and understand English, plus basic carpentry and general maintenance skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or property manager.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with emergencies and property safety and risk management.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership regarding issues and on-call duties.

Education
