Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Utah to perform a broad range of apartment and property maintenance duties while delivering high standards of customer service. The role supports the maintenance supervisor and property manager and contributes to curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep, with on-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as needed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, and window/door repairs.
• Maintain work orders and ensure completed work meets company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with property emergencies, on-call rotation, and after-hours response as required.
• Promote safety and risk management per rules and regulations; uphold professional conduct.
