Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold high customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds; preventative maintenance; and maintaining safety standards while coordinating with the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of property management or related field experience preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertop replacement, finish carpentry, window and door fixes.
• Preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, siding, and safety checks.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to property emergencies and assist with on-call duties.
• Communicate issues to maintenance leadership promptly.
• Uphold safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Promote resident satisfaction through professional conduct and curb appeal.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and partners.
