Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• Carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Proactive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, and grounds tasks.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and upkeep.
