• General maintenance and carpentry skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counters/cabinets, finish carpentry, door/lock repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, and more.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and cleanliness, flag issues.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours calls.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership on issues and timelines.
• Follow safety policies and promote risk management.
