Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
• Perform general carpentry such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, and window/door repair.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with emergencies and follow safety and risk management policies.
• Maintain work orders and communicate with maintenance leadership.
