Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kirkland, WA. You will address a broad range of apartment and property maintenance tasks, while upholding exceptional customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC, plus safety, emergencies and on-call duties. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are required, with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and inclement weather responses.
• Promote safety and risk management per policy and regulations.
