Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Lacey, WA area to address apartment and property maintenance tasks while upholding top-tier customer service and curb appeal.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or a related field, with strong carpentry skills and the ability to read and communicate in English. On-site schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday–Saturday, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as directed by supervision.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion per standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect properties to uphold safety, cleanliness and curb appeal across common areas.
• Assist with emergencies and respond to on-call requests per policy.
• Promote safety and risk management in line with company rules and regulations.
