HallKeen in Massachusetts is seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Full Time Temporary Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of residential property maintenance duties.

The role will involve appliance/fixture repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, coordination with contractors, on-call after hours and weekend rotations, and common area upkeep. A strong mechanical aptitude and reliable problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property maintenance and appliance repair.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Comfort working with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform wide-ranging maintenance tasks in residential properties.
• Repair/replace appliances, fixtures, switches, and hardware.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Collaborate with external contractors as needed.
• Provide on-call assistance during after-hours and weekend rotations.
