Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle a broad range of residential facility maintenance tasks in a full-time role. You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance across interiors, exteriors, and common areas.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, preparing vacant suites for move-ins, appliance and fixture work, basic HVAC, and tool handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facility maintenance or related trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Basic HVAC maintenance knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Responds to work orders promptly.
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep.
• Appliance installation and repair.
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures.
• Basic HVAC maintenance.
• Knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
