Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot building systems, and conduct preventative maintenance on apartment equipment, including appliances, basic electrical and plumbing systems. Must have own tools and be ready for on-site work at a multifamily property.

Responsibilities include HVAC and water heater maintenance, inspections for regulatory readiness, and upkeep of common areas.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills
• Driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and complete preventive maintenance
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and water heaters
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Technicians
• Inspect and maintain building systems and common areas
• Prepare property for regulatory inspections and ensure safety
