Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on-site at our Phoenix-area community. The role entails performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including the make-ready process to ensure property readiness and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining pools and logs, inspecting facilities for hazards, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community common areas and units and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards and safety issues.
• Assist with the make-ready process and unit turnover.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Basic computer skills
