Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Yuma, AZ to assist in all maintenance operations for a multi-family community. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective tasks under supervision, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely responses to requests.

You will contribute to a clean, well-maintained property, manage pools and chemical logs, and help with inspections, paperwork, and on-call coverage. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: oversee regular maintenance to keep common areas, buildings, and units in good condition.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for community areas.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and structures daily to identify hazards and prevent liabilities.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and unit inspections.
• Support inventory monitoring and record keeping of service requests and maintenance work.
