Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community buildings and units, assist with make-readies, and respond quickly to resident requests while upholding safety standards under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Reliable transportation is required for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety logs.
• Assist with make-readies and unit inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
