Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our community properties. The role includes routine, corrective, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance is required, with responsibilities spanning resident requests, unit make-ready, pool care, and safety compliance following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and make-ready work in common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool area and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inventory checks.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
