Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to keep building interiors and exteriors, amenities, and grounds clean and functional. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards across the property.

Applicants must have EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The role offers comprehensive benefits and an hourly wage with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).
• OSHA safety training and compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per standards and codes.
• Makes-ready prep for vacant apartments, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
