Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

• Has a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderly property operations including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
