Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community facilities in excellent condition and to provide world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and respond to service requests promptly.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and regional certifications may be required; on-call duties are included.

• Basic troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
