Job summary

JES Holdings’ Fairway Management division seeks a Maintenance Tech I to support basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal at Hillmann Place I & II. The role emphasizes punctuality, time management, and enthusiastic resident service, with potential after-hours on-call and cross-site support.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 0–2 years of entry-level maintenance experience, with a willingness to learn HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards during training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry-level maintenance experience (0–2 years) in residential or related fields.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed.
• Willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate training as required.
