Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to support residential properties in Hampton, GA. You will handle basic maintenance tasks, assist with unit turns, and maintain curb appeal while delivering prompt, friendly service to residents.

You may be on-call after hours and will follow HUD/LIHTC standards. A High School diploma and 0–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic residential maintenance support and assist with unit turns.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and travel to nearby properties as needed.
• Follow HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards and participate in required training.
• Report health and safety concerns to the Property Manager.
