Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, is seeking an entry-level maintenance professional for residential properties. The role includes completing work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and assisting with unit turns.

You will be on-call after hours and must have basic maintenance tools. Ideal candidates are punctual, eager to learn, and able to lift up to 55 lbs, with the ability to operate a registered and insured vehicle and travel to area properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related fields.
• Must have basic maintenance tools and be willing to travel to neighboring properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed.
• Be available for after-hours on-call work.
• Report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Train on HVAC, safety, HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
