Job summary

JES Holdings, through Fairway Management (FWM), seeks a Maintenance Tech I for Legacy Villas. You will perform basic residential maintenance, assist with unit turns, and maintain curb appeal across communities in the Atlanta metro.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to train in HUD/LIHTC standards. The position offers part-time hours with after-hours responsibility and potential for on-call tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level, 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or related settings.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs and work outdoors/in enclosed spaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns, including painting and cleaning.
• Be available for after-hours on-call as needed.
• Travel to regional or corporate trainings as required.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
• Support neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
