Job summary

JES Holdings / Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking dynamic maintenance staff to support residential living spaces. You will handle basic maintenance, perform unit turns, and maintain curb appeal while providing tenants with reliable service.

The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn HVAC safety and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards. Travel to trainings and availability for overtime are included as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on‑call after hours.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Willing to assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Transport supplies from area vendors while operating a registered vehicle.
• Report tasks to Property/Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Participate in regional/corporate training and conferences as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
