Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, cleaning, and prep tasks as needed.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Possess and use applicable maintenance tools.
• Travel to and assist on maintenance tasks across properties as required.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
